While CBD is federally legal to buy, sell and use in all 50 states, international laws make it difficult for us to ship outside of the US. Furthermore, certain states have their own regulations prohibiting the online sale of CBD products. These states are: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire and South Dakota. At this time we do not ship to those states. If you live in one of those states, please check back regularly as local and State laws are frequently changing to allow for the online sale of CBD products. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY at this time.
